Three Ways to Support Mothers and Each Other This May
As Mother’s Day nears, we’re reminded of the many forms motherhood takes—and the deep, often unseen labor it involves. Whether you're a mother, know a mother, or have been mothered by someone in your life, this is a time to reflect, reconnect, and support each other in meaningful ways.
Here are three gentle ways we’re inviting our community to honor mothers—and deepen our collective care:
1. Hold Space, Not Expectations
Not all mothers want flowers or brunch. Some may need rest. Others may need to be seen in their complexity, grief, or strength. Simply listening—without fixing or assuming—can be one of the most healing gifts we can offer each other.
2. Encourage Rest and Reconnection
So often, care providers put their own needs last. This month, we’re inviting mothers in our community to come in for quiet, supportive sessions—whether acupuncture, herbal consults, or just time to breathe.
3. Share Resources Freely
We’re offering free 30 minute longevity and wellness consultations this month for any mothers who need support but aren’t sure where to begin. No expectations, no pressure—just space to be heard, grounded, and guided.
If someone in your life could use this, please pass it along.
When we care for mothers, we care for the root of our communities. Thank you for being part of this circle.
