Who We Are
At AcYou Health, our mission is simple: to put YOU back at the center of your health.
After more than 15 years working in holistic wellness, we realized something powerful—people don’t just need treatments, they need support, education, encouragement, and a place where they feel truly cared for. In 2022, we decided to start fresh with a new vision and created AcYou Health, a clinic built around compassion, innovation, and whole-body healing.
We believe that real, lasting change happens when the inside and outside are both supported. That’s why our services combine internal healing therapies—like acupuncture, regenerative treatments, and functional wellness—with external therapies such as body contouring, skin rejuvenation, and advanced aesthetics. When patients feel better inside and confident outside, they stay motivated to continue their journey.
Most importantly, our clinic is built on connection. Our patients are like family. We take time to listen, to educate, and to walk beside you every step of the way. Whether you’re here for pain relief, preventative care, wellness optimization, or aesthetic confidence, you’ll always be treated with respect, genuine care, and personalized attention.
Welcome to AcYou Health. We’re so glad you’re here.

Wes Amescua
AZ Board-Certified Acupuncture Assistant | Bio Scan Specialist
Health, nutrition, and understanding how the body works have been a major part of my life for more than 20 years. What started as a passion for fitness has evolved into something much deeper: helping people better understand what may be happening beneath the symptoms they experience every day.
Today, I am an Arizona Board-Certified Acupuncture Assistant and experienced Bio Scan Specialist, and one of the most rewarding parts of my work is helping people connect the dots between what they’re feeling and the different patterns that may be contributing to it.
Because very rarely is it just one thing.
Fatigue, inflammation, digestive issues, difficulty losing weight, poor recovery, brain fog, discomfort, or simply feeling like your body is “off” can be pieces of a much larger picture. My approach is centered around looking beyond the chief complaint, identifying patterns, asking better questions, and helping people gain a clearer understanding of what their body may need to function and feel its best.
I’m especially passionate about nutrition and its relationship to inflammation, energy, recovery, and overall quality of life. I believe what we consistently put into our bodies matters tremendously. Nutrition isn’t just about a number on the scale—it can influence how we feel when we wake up, how well we move, how we recover, our energy throughout the day, and ultimately how much we are able to enjoy our lives.
My journey into health and wellness began in my early 20s when I accepted a position with 24 Hour Fitness. I had always known fitness would be an important part of my life, but working in that environment made me want to understand the body on a deeper level.
I began studying kinesiology to learn more about human movement and eventually became a personal trainer, applying those skills professionally for more than 10 years. That experience taught me something I still carry into my work today: two people can have very similar complaints or goals and still need completely different approaches.
In 2022, my partner and I took the next step and started our own business together. I continued expanding my education and experience in health and wellness, becoming certified in Laser Lipo, Cavi Lipo, HIEMT Sculpting, and RF Therapy.
My role has continued to evolve as I’ve gained more experience working alongside acupuncture and integrative wellness care. Becoming an Arizona Board-Certified Acupuncture Assistant was another natural extension of my desire to better understand the body and support patients through a more comprehensive approach to wellness.
Today, I bring together more than two decades of experience and passion for fitness, nutrition, body mechanics, bio scanning, acupuncture support, and wellness therapies with a root-cause-focused mindset.
Instead of simply asking, “What are you experiencing?” I’m interested in the next question:
“Why might you be experiencing it?”
That curiosity is at the heart of what I do.
Whether I’m working with a person or helping evaluate patterns affecting a pet, I enjoy making connections that may have been overlooked and giving clients information they can use to make more informed decisions about health, nutrition, and everyday wellness.
I know how frustrating it can be to feel like you’re doing all the “right” things and still not feel the way you want to feel. My goal is to help bring more clarity to that process while providing realistic support, education, and encouragement along the way.
Health is not about chasing perfection. It’s about understanding your body, supporting it consistently, reducing the obstacles that may be working against it, and creating habits that allow you to feel better in your everyday life.
I look forward to helping you connect the dots and supporting you on your journey toward feeling better, moving better, and enjoying your life more fully.
