ACUPUNCTURE

Acupuncture is apart of Traditional Chinese Medicine, which is a complete medical system that is designed to keep you healthy. While it is a preventative medicine, it is often utilized to treat and rebalance the body. We utilize tools such as moxa, cupping, manual therapy, and more.

Nutrition

Nutritional therapy includes herbal prescriptions, supplementation, and balancing our relationship with foods and the various components of fulfilling our body’s needs on a functional medicine level.

Skin Care

The cosmetic services that we offer are all natural and have results that last far longer than fillers and will maintain the integrity of your face. Results can last between 3-7 years depending on how well you care for your body as a whole.

Contouring

Contouring services are used more as an adjunct therapy in our retreat to help provide you with the motivation to help you persevere and reach the goals that you have for yourself.
